If there is a pressing need for artwork to be finished early, quality may be sacrificed to meet the deadline. For best results, please allow me time to comfortably complete commissions. Feel free to contact me with any questions and concerns at any time. Please note that I usually work on weekends.When purchasing my artwork, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to be familiar with these terms. They are subject to change as needed.
Failure to comply with these terms will automatically ban you from future commission windows, adoptable sales, and any raffles/events that I, floramisa, may hold.
Every commission comes with a satisfaction guarantee - I will work on your commission until you are completely satisfied with the product. I accept both USD and points at a ratio of $1 = 100
Very Big Disclaimer: As the original artist, I retain the exclusive copyright to my work. This means that ultimately, only I can determine who can or cannot display my artwork. In the event that I need to blacklist someone, I reserve the right to block anyone and deny them the right to display my work. This is within my rights as an artist and will not be disputed.
I. General Terms

- Reserve the right to deny anyone service without further explanation.
- Accept feral/SFW commissions only.
- Retain the exclusive rights to all of the artwork I produce.
- Maintain the moral rights to place my watermark on any artwork I produce.
- May display my artwork as I see fit for promotional use.
- Reserve the right to produce personal art as I see fit.
- Will complete all commissions within a three-month time period from the payment date.
- Should you require an earlier turnaround, it must be agreed upon prior to payment.
- Will not share any personal information (full name, physical address, PayPal address, etc.) under any circumstances.
- Will only accept PayPal payment through invoice.
As the customer, you...
- May not alter my artwork in any way, shape, or form.
- May not remove my watermark from the artwork.
- Are required to credit me for my artwork/designs wherever they are posted.
- May not repost my artwork to any gallery that does not immediately credit me as the original artist.
- Approved List: Toyhouse (to floramisa or Misa @ TH), DeviantART Sta.sh (with proper credit)
- Unapproved List: Personal Artist Galleries (such as DeviantART, FurAffinity, Weasyl, etc.)
- Are not allowed to determine who may or may not display my artwork between co-owners.
- All present owners of a character retain the implied right to display my artwork of said character.
- All previous owners forfeit this implied right upon transfer or loss of ownership of said character.
- May not use my artwork for commercial use unless agreed upon in a formal contract.
- May not resell my artwork for higher than the original price.
- Forfeit all rights to display my artwork if you have blocked me.
- May not request refunds after payment has been received.
- Exception: The commission hasn't been started at least 45 days after payment was received.
- May not share my personal information (full name, physical address, PayPal address, etc.) under any circumstances.
II. Commission Terms

- Understand that you are purchasing artwork that will be delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
- For traditional commissions, only a digital copy will be delivered unless otherwise agreed upon for shipping/handling costs.
- Must provide a visual reference of your character.
- Must pay for your commission upfront or immediately after a sketch has been approved.
- Must respect me as an artist and a full-time graduate student.
- Please have patience with me, as my schedule is sometimes unpredictable.
- May ask for commission updates within a reasonable time frame.
- Asking once every 5-7 days is reasonable.
- Responses will be given within 72 hours.
- May commission up to three pieces of artwork per "slot".
III. Adoptable and Custom Design Terms
As the original artist, I...
- Will not revoke or resell any designs that have already been sold.
- Retain the exclusive right to the original artwork I produce for any given design.
- May alter and/or resell design concepts that were rejected during the custom process.
- May alter and/or resell designs that fall back under my ownership.
- May create a "species" from any "non-species" adoptables I produce.
As the customer, you...

- Automatically agree to any species rights, as applicable.
- May withdraw my designs from any specific species, as long as it is approved by the species group.
- May convert my designs into existing species for personal use via "Make-Your-Own" slots only.
- May not use my designs as a basis for other adoptable and/or "custom" designs to be sold to other users.
- May not form a "species" from any "non-species" adoptables I create unless agreed upon prior to payment.
IV. F2U/P2U Lineart Bases
As the original artist, I...
- Retain the exclusive right to the original artwork I produce.
- May create a "species" from any "non-species" adoptables I produce.
As the customer, you...
- Must always credit me when you use my work.
- May not claim the original lineart as your own work.
- May make minor alterations as desired for personal use or adoptables.
- May not redistribute these lines to anyone who does not have permission to use them.
- May not use any of my content for use in closed species adoptables or commercially.
- May not form a "species" from any "non-species" adoptables I create unless agreed upon prior to payment.
- Automatically agree to any species rights, as applicable.
IV. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
It is my personal policy to ensure customer satisfaction whenever I am able to. As such, I guarantee that I:
- Will always provide a sketch of the commission prior to "starting" it.
- Will always work on any given commission until the consumer is satisfied.
- Will always complete commissions within a three-month time frame.
- Refunds and extras are available if this deadline isn't met.
- Can give scheduled updates as requested by the commissioner.
In the event that the commissioner has a separate terms of service:
- It is not my responsibility to locate commissioner terms of services upon accepting a commission.
- Unless shown to me prior to payment, my terms have ultimate jurisdiction over my service.
